Now Hiring a Full Time Occupational Hand Therapist at our Ridgecrest, CA location!Select Physical Therapy in Ridgecrest, CA is seeking an additional Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our highly respected hand therapy team. We treat a diverse caseload of teens through geriatrics offering solid, on-site support for a hand therapist pursuing their CHT. You are evaluation to discharge with your patients giving you solid one on one care time. We are able to consider a hand therapist OT. CHT is not required to be considered. You MUST have solid hand therapy experience or a minimum level II fieldwork in hand therapy. Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.

Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.

Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) accredited school of occupational therapy.

Valid State Occupational Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start.
