Part time Property Manager in Ellicottville for a large Buffalo Community Association Management Company. Must be able to work independently reporting to the Buffalo office. Excellent communication skills required, interaction with owners, contractors and Board members is required. Requires routine property inspections, follow-up with contractors and residents.
