Senior Software Engineer (Data)

Job Description: We have set out on a mission to reimagine how high acuity care is delivered to teens and young adults - particularly those in rural populations. Our initial offering is a virtual intensive outpatient program (vIOP), which connects like-minded virtual groups with therapists that specialize in their specific mental health needs. Our goal is to help children and families heal together. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer on our Data Engineering Team! Someone who enjoys partnering closely with product development and business stakeholders to make durable contributions and technical decisions. You will thrive here if you find greenfield work energizing, have a high-quality bar, and prefer to iterate to success. Required Skills & Experience:

• Significant professional experience developing end to end data platforms that deliver meaningful business value
• Expertise developing data infrastructure, building pipelines, and modeling data
• Excellent at managing ambiguity. Masterful ability to break down big, messy problems (demanding requirements, bugs, etc.) into smaller parts with tractable solutions and clear iterations
• Meaningful scope within a data engineering team, or a team responsible for data engineering. Experience making or contributing to important technical tradeoff decisions with organization wide implications
• Experience with Python, AWS, SQL
