Jr. Recruiter - HR Coordinator (Huntington Beach)

Our small boutique woman-owned staffing company specializes in placing administrative, warehouse and professional personnel (mostly temp) with commercial clients, public agencies and federal government agencies. We are celebrating 20 years in business.

In anticipation of upcoming elections, our ROV clients will be needing our services to provide temporary support for the elections throughout several counties. We need to add a Jr. Recruiter to help with those needs and more.

We are looking for a high energy, "can do" Jr. Recruiter who has at least 1-3 years recruiting or related field. Must have a passion for people, match making and client/candidate customer service. Must enjoy working on a Team. Excellent work ethics and good phone/computer skills required.

You will work with a Team of other Recruiters, Staffing Managers and Recruiter Assistants.

Responsibilities :

-Source and recruit new candidates for open positions

-Review applications/resumes; pre-screen, interview and select qualified candidates to bring onboard

-Connect with existing candidates/external employees

-Work with ATS to assure that applicants are inputted and properly onboarded

-Write and post recruiting ads and outreach to internal candidates

-Match candidates with open positions; make replacements as needed

-Manage a pipeline of candidates

-Assist with background screens, reference checks and skill assessments
