ICF seeks a Capture Operations Analyst to assist our expanding Public Sector Group Growth team. The Capture Operations Analyst will work with our Capture leaders to provide administrative, operational and research support on capture efforts led by the Growth team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, be highly organized, work autonomously in a highly collaborative culture and possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The candidate must be able to multi-task and support multiple diverse workstreams concurrently against pre-determined deadlines.This role can be either in Fairfax, VA, or REMOTE, sitting anywhere in the US. As a Capture Operations Analyst, you will: Under direction from capture leaders, work across the enterprise such as with proposal leaders, business leaders, and technical leaders to accomplish capture-related tasks

Under direction from capture leaders, create and maintain capture-related sites in MS TEAMS

Build capture artifacts across multiple capture efforts and facilitate the archiving of those artifacts for future captures

Prioritize capture activities to most critically effect P-win

Provide administrative and tactical support for capture efforts, which will include multiple deals concurrently

Lead/support capture workstreams on direction from capture leaders; set up virtual whiteboards for brainstorming

Supports RFI responses in coordination with business development, capture, and lines of business

Conduct secondary market and competitor research across multiple captures; synthesize fact-based results to enable business decisions

Expert at the presentation of data and information for internal and external customers

Work with BD operations to build tailored dashboards and lead special projects

Manage accuracy of the pipeline and update of capture details on the opportunity tracking tool

Prepare reports, presentations, and build graphics, as required

Become an expert on where all information and resources are within ICF to speed capture decisions

Become an expert in the past performance qualifications of ICF to facilitate RFI and RFP responses

Coordinate the workflow of the TA/NDA process working with Growth leaders and ICF’s Contracts Team

Coordinate meetings, including managing calendars, providing technical support, taking notes, recording action items and organizing files and information for projects

Career growth track is a Capture Manager

As a Capture Operations Analyst, what you must have: Bachelor’s degree

3 or more years of prior Federal experience either in a growth, capture or business development environment or in a consulting environment

2 or more years of experience using MS Teams, SharePoint, and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

2 or more years working with the federal data sources available to conduct qualitative research

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final salary for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The salary range for Colorado is - $60,598.00-$103,017.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
