Do Your Talents Include the Following?

Prior experience leading and managing multiple full life-cycle Workday implementation projects

Ability to provide advanced Workday subject matter expert ise for your area of focus (HCM / Financials )

A ble to serve as a trusted partner and advisor to clients related to their business applications strategy. Work s with clients to develop technology roadmaps and business cases for their ERP projects

Experienced in assisting clients to effectively design their Workday solution, identify alternatives based on best practices and application functionality and build consensus amongst different stakeholders to deliver an appropriate solution

Skills necessary to anticipate and identify project risks and develop recommendations and action plans to achieve strategic objectives of the program

Capability to l ead / contribute to sales lifecycle activities ranging from needs identification and assessment to development of proposals and statements of work (SOWs)

Ability to c ollaborat e with leadership to develop Workday / ERP thought leadership . Includes assisting to promote th e Protiviti brand at events and conferences by serving as a speaker / panelist on topics specific to your functional and technical expertise

D emand generation and business development skills to expand the Workday practice nationwide. Support Protiviti global offices with Workday-specific needs from time to time as needed

Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a desire to continuous learn and share knowledge

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and oral skills, and willingness to present on a variety of functional or technical topics to broad audiences

Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries

Supervisory experience of teams including Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers

Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities

Ability to network and build relationships

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, CIS) required

5 + years in a related field required; preferably in professional services and/or industry  

Minimum 3-5 years' experience working with Workday, preferably in a medium to large organization

Strong knowledge of Workday HCM / Financials

Workday certifications are preferred
