Groundskeeper for Cassia School District (Burley)

We are looking for an experienced Grounds Keeper to work full time for the Cassia School District! Are you looking for a position that will make a difference for the schools? Do you like to work outside?

Then we have the right job for you! In this position you will:

Perform a variety of skilled or semi‑skilled tasks, or skilled labor related to grounds and way maintenance, installation or construction.

Maintain cleanliness of grounds including litter control, leaf removal and sweeping of paved areas.

Report to work under emergency conditions such as snow removal, downed trees and storm water maintenance, as required.

Supports Special Events when necessary by moving tables, chairs, bleachers and similar activities.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to stand, bend and lift to 50 pounds

Be able to work well with others - performing basic customer service responsibilities

Accountable for working on your own and finishing tasks in timely matter

Complete all job duties including maintaining and caring for grounds, litter control and keeping grounds free from debris

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Schedule:

Monday- Friday and weekends as needed

Shift: Varies

Pay: $13.50 per hour
