A local equipment company is searching for an organized Accounting Clerk person. Ideal candidates should have previous experience with A/P, A/R, billing, and collections. Payroll experience a plus. This is a small company with long term employees who is looking to add a member to their "work family" who can grow with the position.
Primary Duties
Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Prepare and submit bank deposits and check request
Enter financial transactions into internal database
Process expenses and reimbursements
Draft and report financial presentations
Special projects when requested
