Job description:
Must have:Candidate should have STRONG negotiation skills80-90% of this role will be negotiations with agencies / the analysis is already prepared. negotiation for savingsWill manage the results of a one question survey and build a heat map

The role sits on the Global Category Team focused in the commercial categories and reporting to the Director of Global Advertising and Public Relations. This role will be to support the Global Advertising category. The focus of this candidate will be a specific set of negotiations and rolling out a performance review program.

Strategy: Negotiate savings on SOWs and MSAs for global advertising partners Implement performance review survey Compile results and build summary reports for agency feedback and internal stakeholder review Train suppliers on contract compliance obligations and the use of Decideware for building SOWs Facilitate implementation of procurement change initiatives within category to improve business performance.

Business & Supplier Engagement: Develop an extensive understanding of SOW structure and MSA pricing Address supplier issues to ensure the highest level of SOW delivery. Maintains contractual and business relationships with suppliers to the highest standards. Lead the implementation of trend analysis in performance surveys Negotiate with suppliers to resolve contractual issues Instill the highest standards of compliance and ethics consistently across AZ

Essential Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 6-8 years’ experience in advertising procurement Proven experience negotiating savings in advertising Experience implementing surveys using Microsoft Forms Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical industry Expertise in at least one area of Procurement and knowledge of several others Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, negotiation, analytical and project management skills Proven leadership experience and ability to work independently with minimal coaching

Desirable Understanding of multiple aspects of procurement process Understanding of performance surveysExperience building heat maps
