Technical Delivery Lead - Connected TV (Mid)

Duration: 6-12 months, will convert Remote: Cannot be remote. Can relocate in 1-3 months, or up to 9 months Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office, 2 days remote Responsibilities:

• This person will be responsible for managing Scrum ceremonies, unblocking the development team, managing the project plan, and leading the delivery of clients News across Connected TV platforms in an Agile environment
• This person will oversee the delivery of two scrum teams, and will report directly to the Director

Candidate should have extensive experience as a scrum master, delivery lead, and/or project/program manager in an Agile environment
• 5+ years of experience
• Scrum certified is a major plus (CSM), or PMP
• Candidate MUST be a great communicator
• This role will have the flexibility to schedule offsite retros and team ceremonies to facilitate team building
• Candidate cannot be fully remote


• Candidate should be passionate about building an awesome team culture
• In-office time on the 3-in 2-out schedule will be flexible (no 9-5PM required)
• Relocation timeline can be very flexible
• 1-3 months preferred
• 3-12 months possible
