We are moving our Embroidery Division from Milwaukee to Burlington and we are expanding! We are in need of another Customer Support Specialist II.
Position Description:
Work directly with customers on the phone, via email and in person
Help handle all walk-in traffic
Manage all returns, credits
Order Entry
Assist Sales, Production and Management Departments with miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Miscellaneous office tasks as assigned
Required Skills:
Experience in a screen print/embroidery office environment a PLUS!
Must be Proficient in computer programs including but not limited to: Outlook, Excel, Internet
Experience with Shopworks preferred but not required
Must have problem solving skills
Self-sufficient and reliable
Able to work independently and with low supervision
Must be Customer Support focused
Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5 pm
