Maintenance Person - Saturday Villa Turnovers (St John)

Seeking General Maintenance Person for Saturday turnovers of a villa located in Calabash Boom, Coral Bay. Candidate must currently live on St John and have a 4-wheel drive vehicle.

Turnovers take place between 10AM and 4PM with weekly duties including:

Cleaning hot tubs

Cleaning grill

Watering plants

Checking cistern levels

Fixing screens

Checking lights, replace bulbs when necessary

Cleaning gutters

Other general maintenance as needed.

Some off season painting and maintenance projects will be available as well. Ideal candidate would have regular work/be retired and seeking some extra income.
