Position Overview:Under the direction of the Team Leader, Charge Nurse, or Manager of Department, the Staff Nurse II provides direct care to patients using the nursing process of assessment: planning, implementation and evaluation, so that the physical, psycho-social, safety, rehabilitative and learning needs of patients and their families are addressed. This function is performed in association with nursing peers and co-workers, attending physicians and allied support services.
