A food wholesale company in Hayward is hiring a full time organized and detail-oriented customer service representative with professional and positive attitude.

Job duties:

Data entry and processing

Filing

Invoicing

AP/AR

other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

Bilingual in Chinese is required. Must be able read and understand Chinese.

Intermediate computer skills in excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft works is required.

Proficiency in QuickBooks is strongly preferred.

Accounting experience is strongly preferred.
