Line Cook - Stowe Sandwich Company

Stowe Sandwich Company is adding to their Team! We have a busy and fun environment and want the right person to fit in with us. Our opening is for an immediate fill for full time. The position is for a line cook to work our breakfast and lunch service.

A little about us - we are a family owned and operated restaurant on the Mountain Road in Stowe. We are open seven days a week from 8-4 pm. We serve breakfast from 8-10 and lunch from 10-4.

A little about the team - we have a small kitchen staff that works four ten-hour days and has three days off a week. There is the line cook, the cold sandwich/salad maker, the customer service teammates and prep support. We focus on having fun while we provide great food!

Experience in the kitchen is a bonus and not necessary. We are more-than-happy to train the right person. For us, a positive attitude and understanding personal responsibility are the two most important traits in the right person. We offer paid-time-off (after a 90-day probationary period), free meals while on shift, and paid culinary trainings. Our pay is competitive - proportionate tips are not included in your hourly rate which starts at $15-$20 an hour depending on experience.
