Find your future with us.The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking Top Secret Cleared Production Engineers to support the expansion of our organization. We are looking for cleared Production Engineers to support the build, test, and launch of our products. Our opportunities available include:• Manufacturing Engineers• Manufacturing Planners• Liaison Engineers• Technical Planner• Launch & Integration• Test & IntegrationThis role can be based out of any of the following locations: El Segundo, CA; Kennedy Space Center, FL; Kent, WA; Seal Beach, CA; Sylmar, CAPosition Responsibilities Include:

  • Assists in the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.
  • Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the integration of technical solutions.
  • Works with others to develop, identify and implement conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build.
  • Assists in implementing manufacturing plans. Resolves technical problems and assists in the implementation of new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
  • Assists in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies. Interfaces with professional associations, suppliers, IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
  • 1+ years of electrical engineering experience
Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Relocation:This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
