Specializing in PBM organization effectiveness (leadership planning, change and project management, process improvement, leadership consulting, operational effectiveness) and works with executive leadership to define our strategy and success criteria for the future and ensures activities are aligned with corporate strategy. Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope data.

Leads efforts to identify best practices, and executes on these opportunities by collaborating and partnering with various teams and resources throughout the enterprise.

Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs, with a high degree of technical experience in various project management tools.

Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.

Designs methods for integrating functions and processes.

Conducts cost/benefit analyses

Consults with leadership teams to create the organization’s annual business plan, aligning with enterprise’s vision, mission, and values.

Monitors, measures and communicates delivery against business strategic plan and the quality of outcomes, to ensure goals are being met and continually improved. Familiar with creation and use of various dashboard metrics and tools.

Creates and presents extremely high-quality presentations for executive levels, partnering with marketing and corporation communications to ensure alignment of branding and messaging.

Collaborates with senior team and staff to develop tactical plans and communication strategies.

Acts as decision maker and executor on projects or provides guidance to senior team on complex issues.

Champions breakthrough projects to transform our current business environment into enterprise and industry leading best practices.

Leads the project prioritization and scheduling activities for the business unit.

Builds support and provides expertise to the business areas in management activities.

Required experience:PBM background and experience, and/or experience within a Pharmacy Department at a large Health Plan, or similar healthcare related experience requiredRequires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives including knowledge of planning models and methodology, project management and change management experience (strategic and execution); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Masters’ degree preferred.
