As the Associate Manager of Marketing Services, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as be a liaison between various business groups, support marketing projects, and sample inventory.Primary ObjectiveThe Assistant Manager Marketing Services supports and coordinates the production, procurement of samples and merchandising tools.Major Function and ScopeLiaison between Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service and Internal Sales teams on all select merchandising tool development and deliverablesSupports marketing projects to ensure they are executed successfullyEnsures sample inventory, fulfillment and replenishment SKUs are readily availablePlans and forecasts sample inventorySupports and suggests opportunities to improve sample tools, reduce costs and improve customer experience.Responsible for meeting budget expectationsEnsures all materials meet Dal-Tile quality standardsWorks in conjunction with Associate Marketing Services manager to manage capacity demands of internal sample manufacturingOther duties as requiredExperience and Knowledge RequiredUndergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent work experienceKnowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management, knowledge of project management techniques and tools, and proficiency in project management software, SAP, MS Office (Excel, Access and Word)Knowledge of flooring and countertop industry a plus3+ years of work experience in a similar marketing or procurement positionCompetenciesVerbal and written communication skillsAbility to influence and lead, plan and organize, and delegateAbility to perform well in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and multiple projects at one time.Knowledge of industry and competitive best practicesCollaboration and ability to work within a teamOther Pertinent Job InformationWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to type or answer phones.
