Born as an in-house print shop for a local advertising agency, we offer high-quality, fast-turnaround printing, mailing and signage services to the local marketplace.
And we need someone extraordinary to lead the charge.
What You’ll Do
Like everyone else, we slowed operations during the COVID-19 shutdown. Now, we are back in business and ramping for a busy fall.
You’ll oversee all operations of our growing print, mailing, and signage operation.
That means interfacing with customers and our internal team to run our digital printing, large-format and mailing equipment.
We are looking for someone with customer service, copy shop and/or print shop experience. You are a self-starter with the desire to grow, learn, and contribute.
We have a top-of-the-line digital press, large format and mailing equipment, and will train you as needed.
Responsibilities:
Interface with customers to provide excellent customer service via email and phone
Process and perform all inbound and outbound print, signage and mailing services with a high degree of quality
Operate relevant equipment for digital prints, large-format printing, mailing, cutting, folding, laminating, mounting, etc.
Coordinate workload to ensure all turn-around times are met
Conduct quality checks to ensure consistent high quality
Maintain all inventory items and supplies for print and mailing
Deliver jobs to clients and USPS as needed with company-owned vehicle
Work overtime on occasion
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and correct small issues with equipment
Requirements:
Experience preferred
Ability to take complete accountability for operations
Ability to provide outstanding, high-quality customer service
Detail-oriented
Demonstrate computer proficiency, including basic programs such as Gmail, Google docs, Calendar programs, Dropbox, etc.
Ability to interact in a consistent, positive manner with our clients, team and vendors
Commitment to stellar attendance
Ability to open and close the operations each day
Ability to multi-task
Working knowledge and experience of digital print, mailing and signage technology is a plus
Must be able to work in a team environment and attend team meetings
Ability to lift products weighing 50 pounds unassisted
Ability to be on your feet for an 8-hour day in a walking or standing capacity

Salary commensurate with experience and may be higher than listed range
Flexible work schedule and potential to set your own hours
Performance-based bonuses at discretion of management
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
