White Limozeen, one of Esquire's Best Bars in America in 2021, seeks an experienced and committed hospitality professional to lead our team at the bar/restaurant and pool deck on rooftop of Graduate Hotel. The ideal candidate with have progressive management experience.Job Overview: The General Manager is responsible for facilitating daily operations of the bar/restaurant. He/she will work closely with the culinary and front of house teams and reportto the Food and Beverage Director. Essential Functions Include:-Upholds the highest standards of hospitality and service-Completes FOH inventory and ordering-Hires, trains and counsels FOH staff-Completes FOH scheduling and payroll-Acts as primary ground level point person for special guest requests including but not limited to private onsite events, menu requests etc.-Supports staff with service whenever and however necessary-Provides training opportunities that educate and empower the team-Conducts regular team meetings and administers counseling when necessary-Supports culinary team in meeting or exceeding budget sales and profit goals-Ensures a safe and secure working, and dining environment for all team members and guests-Physically tours and inspects the property on a daily basis, monitoringcondition and cleanliness-Comply with local, state and federal health department and labor standards Qualifications: -High School diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) and a minimum of 3-5 years of applicable restaurant and/or hospitality management experience-Previous experience managing a team of 25+ employees preferred-Experience with Resy and Toast POS-Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff and to ensure accomplishment of goals-Capable of setting priorities, planning, organizing, delegating, and controlling processes-Flexibility and openness to change course according to the needs of the business-Excellent communications and interpersonal skills-Strong management, organizational, and data analysis skillsSalary Range $80-90k, Potential Bonuses, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Paid Time Off, Employee Discounts For consideration please submit a resume in PDF format.Marc Rose and Med Abrous are the co-founders of Call Mom, a hospitality group which owns and operates: The Spare Room, Winsome and Genghis Cohen in Los Angeles, CA; White Limozeen, Cross-Eyed Critters, and Poindexter in Nashville, TN; The Mountaineering Club and Poindexter in Seattle, WA; and Panorama Room and Anything At All in New York, NY.
