Job description Job Details Join the experience as we are seeking talented team members to bring our two exciting new restaurants to life at The Quoin Hotel in downtown Wilmington. We will be opening a crafted cocktail focused speakeasy called Simmer Down along with a Mediterranean influenced wood-fired menu at The Quoin Restaurant. We are paying a $500 hiring bonus To be eligible, you must be employed for 60 days, and 30 days following the opening of the restaurants.
