Method Hospitality is seeking talented service staff to bring our two exciting new restaurants to life at The Quoin hotel in downtown Wilmington. We will be opening a crafted cocktail focused speakeasy called Simmer Down along with a Mediterranean influenced wood fired menu at The Quoin Restaurant.
