Intermediate architect or Interior Designer

Duties/Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced intermediate architect or Interior designer with significant Revit experience. Candidate will have experience and leadership skills to manage a full-service design team on complex high end residential and commercial projects from project inception through construction documents.

Candidates will have the following qualifications:

Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior design.

6-8 years or more of experience in architectural practice

Strong design sensibility

Experience in designing, planning, managing, and coordinating large in-house and consultant teams, developing detail and material approaches, producing contract documents, meeting with the client, coordinating consultants, and administering construction

Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills

6 years of professional Revit experience required.
