Property Manager

A Property Management Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager at one of their properties located in Albuquerque, NM. We are looking for an energetic manager who has in depth, working knowledge of Landlord Tenant and Fair Housing Laws. The ideal candidate will have lease-up experience and at least three years of property management experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to join a growing, highly reputable management company.

Responsibilities:

Addresses resident concerns or issues to resolve them in a timely manner

Responsible for lease-up of units as they are available

Processes resident re-certifications in a timely manner.

Schedules and oversees contract vendors

Schedules apartment maintenance and turnovers

Maintains proper payroll; managing employees.

Requirements:

Three years of property management experience

Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws

Previous lease up experience and with OneSite

Must be highly organized and ability to pay attention to details and deadlines

Must be customer service oriented and provide excellent customer service

Compensation:

$60,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a Full-Time position (living On-Site is optional) with a full benefits package including paid Holidays, sick and vacation; FSA, VLTD and VSTD, employer paid medical/dental/vision and a 401K (Employer Match) Retirement Plan.
