General Labor and Maintenance-1099 Position

We are looking to add to our talented maintenance team that is charged with taking care of several mobile home parks we manage in the area. This is a 40 hour a week job.

This is an entry-level type job and pay is $14 an hour/1099 position. Our ideal candidate is someone who is a bit handy, loves to be in the field, willing to travel to various different communities within a 50-mile radius of Cranberry, and wants to learn more. We will train you if you bring a good attitude! An opportunity exists for promotions and higher compensation once your skillset develops further.

Daily tasks include:

- Ability to be active - walking, bending, standing and lifting heavyweight with teammates

- Basic plumbing and electrical

- Operating skid steer and mini-excavator, after training

- Junking out older mobile homes and ready them for demolition or hauling

- Help prepare vacant lots for the arrival of new homes

- Setup of new homes, including the building of stairs and installation of skirting

- Additional general maintenance as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the maintenance, construction, or landscaping businesses

- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license

- Provide own transportation to the job site each day (we will supply all tools)

Pay: $16.00 per hour- 1099

Schedule: 8 Hour Shift, Monday to Friday
