Personal care assistant (Columbia, SC (VA Hospital area))

I am paralyzed from the shoulders down and need assistance with my morning care. This includes giving me a bed bath on some days, and helping me dress and transfer into my wheelchair. I have a regular caretaker who does this, part of the week but I need someone to do this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on a regular basis, and to serve as a backup when my other morning caregiver is off. Candidates should reside near the VA hospital The care usually takes less than 1 hour. The caregiver will be paid a minimum of $25 per visit. If the care takes more than 1 hour, additional payment will be made based on an hourly rate of $15 per hour
