Qualifications

Overall knowledge of vehicles

Write a complete estimate for all damaged vehicles using CCC One (in some cases, Mitchell) in a timely manner identifying all parts and procedures needed to complete a high quality repair in a timely manner

Write estimates to JHCC and Insurance DRP standards and guidelines

Schedule estimates and repairs to the shops needs

Use or have the ability to learn all computer programs and web based programs needed to communicate estimates to customers and insurance companies

Organization skills

Customer service skills

Ability to bend, kneel, or squat to assess collision damage

Accurately assess collision damage

Call and update customers

Reliable attendance
