Insurance Product Manager (100% Remote)

The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with a global industry leader on their quest for a talented Sr. Product Manager. This is a leadership role, which also requires technical hands-on ability.

• Oversee product roadmap.
• Work closely with Sr. management and stakeholders to set the product vision and strategy.
• Coordinate design and development, to launch and optimize digital products and applications via Agile teams.
• Drive product direction with a customer centric mindset, creating value added differentiation.
• Maintain and grow a deep knowledge of insurance products, business workflows, processes, needs and constraints.
• Act as a customer liaison between business units and the engineering teams.
• Oversee product testing and post-implementation support.

• 4+ years’ Product Management.
• Experience introducing greenfield software products to market.
• Insurance industry experience: building policy applications and underwriting workbench.
• Ability to both lead Analysts, and also be technically proficient with “hands-on” expertise as needed.
