We have been in business for 50+ years, are publicly traded, have 7+K global employees, have $5.2B in revenues (16% increase over FY 2021), $108 million in profits (44% increase over FY 2021), have 750 product patents, released 7 new products in 2021 and are an active philanthropic institution.The Sr. Manual Quality Assurance Analyst will join a QA team and will be responsible for:

  • Developing a clear understanding of the software to be tested.
  • Define comprehensive testing strategies to ensure proper and sufficient test coverage including identifying gaps in testing, assessing the quality of existing tests and ensuring proper product and requirements test coverage of existing and new tests.
  • Designing and creating test plans and test cases (FRS, SRS, URS)
  • Executing existing test scripts to perform end to end system level manual performance, usability and load testing to ensure software and products are functioning properly
  • Utilizing HP ALM/QC to manage Test Cases and Test Plans and track defects
  • Work within an Agile and CI/CD environment and participate in Scrum Meetings with Software Architects, Developers, internal users and external stakeholders
The Sr. Manual Software Quality Assurance Analyst reports to the QA Manager

Requirements:
  • Must have 5+ years experience of performing end to end system level manual software quality assurance testing
  • Must have experience defining high level test strategies and defining software test coverages
  • Experience creating test plans and test cases (FRS, SRS, URS)
  • Executing existing test scripts to perform manual performance, usability and load product testing
  • Experience with HP s ALM/QA or equivalent
  • Experience with any of the following is only a plus;

    NOT Mandatory: embedded and/or RTOS software testing, product testing, regulated environment (ISO, FDA, CFR, GMP, QSR), Linux command line and/or shell scripting, Jira or GitHub is a plus: NOT mandatory.
