SummaryYou will serve as a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst for the Comptroller Group/Budget Department/Deployed Comptroller Support Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.ResponsibilitiesParticipates with the Division Head in developing and implementing standard operating procedures for financial planning, budget formulation, and resource allocation processes for Cost Redistribution Accounts.Supervises/mentors employees ensuring employees are trained and positions are staffed appropriately.Directs and prioritizes work assignments for other Deployed Comptroller Analysts or Program Business Analysts.Provides overall coordination, consultation, planning, policy and assessment related to the business and financial aspects of a Department, Program and/or Group.Provides extensive analytical support to the customer in developing recommendations and making decisions on a broad variety of management and resource issues effecting the Department, Program, and/or Group.RequirementsConditions of EmploymentQualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (NM-04/ GS 13/14) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following: 1) Working with MRTFB (Major Range and Test Facility Base) and Overhead Funding - as well as Cost Redistribution Accounts (supporting both MRTFB and Navy Working Capital Fund requirements); 2) planning, analyzing, preparing and presenting budgets (including MRTFB POM budget exhibits, Cost Redistribution Account Rate packages, and/or A-11 or program budgets); 3) coordinating people, skills, to support customer and comptroller requirements (including fiduciary authority, Acquisition, budget formulation, financial guidance, and/or Budget Analysis); 4) Leading/mentoring employees - ensuring employees are trained and positions are staffed appropriately.
