Our established client is seeking a Service Desk Support consultant for a long-term contract position in Sandy Springs. In this role, you will provide remote support to over 10,000 users. You will manage, prioritize, resolve and document support tickets in the ticketing system. Required skills:

  • Experience providing Technical Support to users in the call center environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience providing excellent desktop support.
  • 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and OS imaging on Windows 7/8.
  • 2+ year of experience working in a helpdesk environment.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and managing tickets.
  • Familiar with Active Directory and remote desktop tools.
  • Advanced workstation and printer network connectivity troubleshooting skills, including wireless.
Preferred skills:
  • A+ and Network+ certifications.
  • Prior experience in an education sector.
