Job#: 1253370 Job Description: Apex Systems is seeking candidates for a contract-to-hire Service Delivery Manager role. Qualifications- 3+ years Incident and Problem resolution
- 2+ years customer facing and relationship skills
- 2+ years dealing with change and release management
- Mandatory 24x7 on call rotation required
- Must be local and in San Diego, CA
- Must have technical background
