Manufacturing Customer Service Rep (Swartz Creek)

Cornerstone Staffing Solutions, Inc. is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Customer Service Rep to work for our client, a world leader in portable magnetic drills and annular cutters, in Genesee County. This person will communicate with clients to provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and fax.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position working Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

Starting pay will be $13.50/hour, and moving to $14.00/hour upon hire in.

REQUIREMENTS:

Exceptional customer service skills

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Excel and Word

ERP experience preferred

Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

Outstanding attendance

Great organizational skills

Detail oriented
