Call Center Representative - $12.50 to start (Grand Rapids)

Part time Customer Service Representative wanted! We are a call center that answers phones for a wide variety of occupations/fields. We answer urgent/non urgent phone calls that follow a script to gather caller info and relay to clients. Hours are early to late afternoon through early evening, and every other weekend.

We are looking for;

Shifts start at 3pm 4pm or 4:30pm during the weekday until 7,8,9 or 10pm

Starting training pay is: $12.50 per hour. $13.50 per hour after 6 months

Must have typing speed of 50 words per minute

Good grammar/spelling and clarity when speaking

Part time 15 to 20 hours per week. Could possibly be more hours if you wanted

Work every other weekend
