Customer Service Representative (Ferrysburg)

We are a family owned West Michigan restoration company and currently looking for a part-time customer service representative to assist with preparing documentation from field operations and follow up with customers through job completion. Duties include: data entry into insurance industry standard software (Xactimate), job-tracking and coordination with service techs, uploading data to insurance carrier websites, answering phones, regular contact with new customers from start to completion of jobs, and general administrative tasks in the office. Candidates must have excellent computer skills and display the ability to learn our software programs quickly, have an outgoing personality and be comfortable talking to customers about their concerns, and most importantly be ready to gel quickly with our staff to be an important member of our team. Familiarity with general construction is a plus, but not required. Job is expected to be approximately 20-25 hours/week with possibility of moving to full-time in the future.
