Treatment Recall Coordinator- Dental (Reno)

You will succeed in this position if you love interacting over the phone! We are a private office seeking an immediate hire for our growing team as a Treatment Recall Coordinator.

Do you have the the ability to be flexible and can "go with the flow"? Are you generally happy, energetic and professional both in person and over the phone? Can you correctly convey, patient needs and do you aim to please? This team member will require the ability to research details within a patient chart, work independently to determine the needs of patients that are not scheduled yet, and make recare and reactivation calls to get patients scheduled. They will support their teammates, by assisting with shared administrative tasks, such as, greeting patients, creating and confirming reservations and multiple provider scheduling.

Dental experience and Dentrix software knowledge are helpful, but not required.
