JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

Will work in a warehouse setting receiving, checking in and shipping products. Will be responsible for date stamping and shrink-wrapping products to go out to stores. Will use email and phone to communicate with sales reps.

Essential Functions

1. Operate office equipment such as, phones and use computers for spreadsheet, database management, and other applications and programs.

2. Be able to receive phones accurately and check product in

3. Date stamp and put products away correctly

4. Be able to work in a busy and fast pace environment.

5. Be able to handle multiple tasks and work on your feet for several hours.

6. Process returns of phones

7. Handle dealer requests and issues by phone and email

8. Must be able to complete work unsupervised and be a team player

9. Shrink wrap phones

10. Load and unload trucks up to 70lbs

11. Scan, box and ship products to locations

12. Cut up boxes for recycling

13. Keep office area clean

14. Assist with RMA’s and Liquidations

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in an office like environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and scanners.

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. This would require the ability to lift boxes up to 701bs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

No travel is expected for this position.
