Write our business plan and a plan for an SBA startup loan (Chautauqua New york)

We have a corporation that makes water and have an expansion idea to make our company responsive to any and all disasters in the USA. We need someone experienced in writing a business plan ( we plan to take the plan to an underwriting company to sell stock). and also write a plan to apply to the SBA for a startup loan. We will create jobs in three areas of the country and have a basic outline. You must have experience and know exactly what we are trying to accomplish. Pay commensurate with your ability.
