Field and send out send written business correspondence
Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Manage and place incoming telephone calls Requirements - Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Multi Task
Inbound Outbound Calls experience highly preferred
Customer Portal experience highly valued
Background working with Answering Inbound Calls
Foundational knowledge in Customer Support
Expertise in call centers
Practical knowledge of HealthCare Insurance
Inbound Call Center experience
Earlier work involving Inbound Telephone Calls
General familiarity with Healthcare Administration
Good understanding of Volume Inbound
Import customer service experience
Adeptness in CRM
Comprehensive knowledge of Call Center Customer Service
Previous experience working with customer information files
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
