Remodeling & Make Ready Technician (Tulsa)

Established Property Management Company is seeking a full time Skilled Remodeling and Maintenance Technician.

Ideal Candidate:

Have two years minimum relevant work experience

Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (multiple locations for repairs)

Be able to pass a drug test and random drug testing after employment

Work a full 40 hour work week, with some overtime as needed

Must be able to speak and understand English.

Requested Experience/Duties:

Preventive and General Building Maintenance, to include clean outs

Drywall, Painting/Plastering, Caulking, Sheetrock, and Flooring

All around use of hand tools and tape measure

Must be able to lift up 50 lbs – loading and unloading building materials

Position is currently scheduled from Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30 minute lunch and a pay range of $10.00-$15.00/hr depending on experience.
