Optimal Construction is unique in that we hold all trades in-house! Our internal team of construction workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and general contractor come together to make a uniquely effective, fast-paced and results-oriented company.

Hiring All Trades and Experience Levels

Construction experience is a plus but not required as we will train the right person.

Duties and Requirements:

Must have a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation

Must have basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Position may require working occasional weekends and/or evenings

Must be authorized to work in the United States
