Metronet Fiber Hiring Retail/Sales Support Agent

As a premiere authorized retailer for Metronet fiberoptic internet, we offer the hottest product on the market! Full time and overtime opportunities; plus, advancement opportunities! Looking for a hard working, energetic team member with a happy, can-do, outgoing attitude.

This is a full or part time position. Must be willing to work one weekend day each month, plus mornings or evenings [store hours are M-F 10-6, Sat 10-4].

Compensation is hourly plus commissions on sales made. Bonuses and free service is available.

Candidate should be comfortable following processes and working with customers both in person and over the phone. Metronet is one of the nation's fastest growing fiber internet companies, for which we provide awesome training and a product that sells itself! Since we are a specialty boutique store responsibilities include greeting and informing customers of all our services, following up with online leads, supporting the field sales agents with orders and customer follow up, completing store operational checklists etc.
