Key responsibilitiesManage a team of two personnel

Build out project plans, lead delegation and ownership of deliverables ensuring you balance workloads/priorities around a demanding schedule.

Able to utilize requirements data to develop, maintain business workflows and project plans to achieve goals.

Understand of the requirements for change - gained through detailed interactions with partners.

Influence and engage at all levels.

Assist running governance meetings and ensure risks/issues are escalated timely and followed up.

Creation of summarized project dashboard, to provide in day status and metrics for management.

Communicate and present priorities effectively.

Technology collaboration to prioritize demands, cost estimates, delivery deadlines and post project review.

Demonstrate a strong Control and Risk awareness to identify, escalate, and mitigate.

Recognized as effective point person who can identify and vet external vendors.

Other requirementsProactively engage with others across organizations to establish relationships that permit change.

A self-motivated individual who is able to deliver with minimal supervision whilst also working effectively as part of a team.

Capability to evaluate and adapt to demands when introduced at any point in the Project Lifecycle and quickly establish requirements.

Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills

Ability to be flexible, able to follow and enforce tight deadlines

Experience within Custody, Collateral and Agency lending Business is beneficial

Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Visio
