Fun, casual spa looking to rent out two rooms! Massage, reiki, etc

Hello!

We are a well-established spa looking to rent out our two open rooms!

Ideally to a licensed massage therapist and to someone who does reiki/energy healing. However, we are open to others!

There are three of us in this space; a hairdresser, esthetician, and a permanent makeup artist. We each have our own rooms and we are independent contractors with separate businesses and we would require you to be as well! You would be your own boss, charge what you want, work the hours you set, and make your own appointments. We share all common spaces, which include front desk, waiting room, break room, and laundry room.

PLEASE NOTE FLOORS WILL BE REPLACED IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS

The room you choose will be your personal space! You can decorate, paint, add shelves, etc. We want it to be uniquely yours for you to take pride in!

We are a fun, casual, and respectful team. We want you to be apart of it

Rent is $525/mo for room with window, and $575/mo for room with the sink.
