Spotters (Wisconsin Rapids)

Badger State Staffing has current openings on first and second shift for SPOTTERS. Work Monday through Thursday on 10 hour shifts, with occasional overtime needed on Fridays. Spotters move lumber that has to be cut into correct length, onto carts, to the proper building for construction. The empty carts are then returned back to the saws. Spotters will also remove finished trusses from piles and bring them to a staging area. Other duties performed will be assigned by the supervisor.

Weekly Pay Of $12 - $13 Per Hour (With Raises and Bonuses After 90 Days)

Skills and Requirements:

1) Must be willing to work in a fast- paced environment

2) Keeps work site clean and free of clutter

3) Follows instructions accurately and pays attention to detail

4) Assists co-workers and works together as a team

5) Stands, sits, bends and twists for 10 hours per day

6) Has reliable transportation and attendance to scheduled shifts

7) Possesses a desire to learn and an interest in advancement

8) Lifts 50 lbs.
