Senior Thin Films Process Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior Thin Films Process Engineer in Chandler, Arizona (AZ). We are working directly with the hiring manager on this exclusive search assignment. This company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary and Stock/RSU's.Responsibilities include: Module process ownership Senior Thin Films Process Engineer will establish process control systems for the process module and sustains the module, ownership of day-to-day operations, process/equipment monitoring, and troubleshooting Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools Senior Thin Films Process Engineer will select, develop material, and equipment for the process to meet quality, reliability, cost, yield, productivity, and manufacturability requirements Drive improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity and safetyREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor field, especially in module process development Have a track record of innovation and invention in the area of thin film deposition process, equipment and materials, working in a fab in integrated chip process development Experience in the semiconductor industry with PVD/CVD/ALD processes and equipment knowledge Working experience with SPC/FDC/Defect Control experience, Design of Experiments (DOE) principles Exhibit good and open communication skills; Be able to work within cross-functional teams Familiarity with AMAT Endura, AMAT Producer, Film Thickness measurement, and Magnetic Anneal experience are plusses but not requiredKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
