Location: Plano, TX Contract - Day 1 Onsite Job Responsibilities:
- Project and Program Management
- Facilitation and organization of product specific requests (Review, Planning and Refinement)
- Experience working with hardware and software teams
- Working with PMO in aligning team's goals with program goals, Executive Updates, Roadmap, Quarterly Planning and Status Reporting
- Facilitate info flow and planning between programs, products, and vendors
- Technical background (preferred)
- Specification Delivery
- Supporting schedule for spec preparation
- Supporting follow of spec completion per schedule
- Confirming spec polish for delivery
- Common understanding of product life cycle
- Experience working with the product stakeholders and collaborating with software/hardware and Operations teams
- Experience working with Agile teams and Scrum Management
- JIRA Management – prioritization and re-prioritization
- Help team remove impediments, backlog management, manage dependencies, issues, and risks
- Drive collaboration and communication necessary to ensure delivery success, including success management of risk and dependencies
- Actively contribute to advancing our lean processes to drive efficiency and improve effectiveness while supporting organic maturation of teams
