Huntington - Airbnb Cleaning

We are looking for someone to clean an Airbnb duplex (one side is fully booked until mid-December), in Huntington. Each side is a one-bedroom, one-bath unit and it takes me 45 minutes to clean. We will provide all cleaning products and clean linens. The pay is $30 per unit per cleaning and check-outs can be on any day of the week. Check-out is at 11:00 AM and check-in is at 4:00 PM, so the cleaning service needs to be completed between these times. The open unit had 13 services in July, so the pay would have been $390.00. Once the second unit becomes available in December, you could expect the revenue to double. It's worth noting we are trying to expand our Airbnb presence in Huntington so additional opportunities may become available.

It's easy work but we have high standards (full checklist must be completed during every service). The units are located on 2nd St between 5th and 6th Ave. Please message me if you are interested.
