Job Description & Tasks:
Complete administrative duties such as making copies/scans, and preparing documents
Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary
Calendar court hearings for attorneys
Draft documents and letters from existing templates
Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
Correspond with counsel, court and clients
Answer multi-line telephone, route calls & messages and perform miscellaneous clerical assignments
Attention to detail with excellent follow through on all assignments
Prepare documents for Court filing
Office inventory
Receptionist Qualifications and Skills:
Two-year college degree or higher
Two years' working experience as a Receptionist preferred
Experience in a professional office, ability to communicate professionally by phone, in person
Computer proficiency in Microsoft office programs & Outlook
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and appearance with other team players
Able to take direction and work independently with little supervision
Highly organized and detail-oriented, quick learner
Two professional references from another professional office setting
