Part-Time Position - Mill Valley

About us: Saffron + Poe is an artisan home goods shop and boutique design studio in Mill Valley, CA with a mission to uplift maker communities around the world.

Responsibilities:

+ Providing in-store customer service

+ Knowledge of products and providing accurate information

+ Manages online shop and product launches

+ Manage POS system and check customers out

+ Shop merchandising and maintain showroom organization/operations

+ Pinterest management

+ Content creation

+ Inventory management and coordinate stock checks

+ Wholesale vendor management

+ Brand ambassador/represent the brand

+ Increase customer base by inviting customer to join our mailing list for new arrivals

Requirements:

+ 2+ years of retail sales experience (preferably in the home goods industry)

+ Exceptional customer service

+ Great verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to work Saturdays

+ Attention to detail

+ Knowledge of Shopify POS

+ Must live in Bay Area

+ Takes initiative and team player
